Providence Park

Providence Park in the City of College Station is a 52-acre research and life science campus aimed at advancing the economic, research and scientific development of the Brazos Valley. The site features underground fiber optic cable, the ability to provide dual feed electricity from two different substations, and an industrial-grade redundant generator backup, all positioned along State Highway 6. There are four lots available, along with space in the Westinghouse Building and its life sciences focus.
