Brazos Valley Business Summit


The 2020 Brazos Valley Business Summit was held at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center and virtually.
This one-day event, Friday, September 25, featured dynamic presentations with updates on economic developments and projections that directly affect our state and region. The Summit also provided attendees with tools and inspiration to propel their organizations and careers to the next level.
In-person attendance was limited due to the pandemic.

Ray Perryman, President/CEO of The Perryman Group, and Flip Flippen, Founder/Chair of Flippen Group are the keynote speakers of the 2020 Business Summit. Regarded as one of the leading economist in the state and the nation, Perryman will provide his latest assessment of the Texas economy. Flippen will impart executive and personal leadership lessons he shares with premier international audiences and in best-selling books.
Dr. Perryman's address is sponsored by Invest Brazos Valley. Flippen's keynote is sponsored by FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies. Plus, each registrant will receive a copy of Flippen's book, "Your Third Story," which he co-wrote with Dr. Chris J. White. The books are made possible by West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry.

In a session looking at the Brazos Valley's participation in the global economy, Tony Okoromadu with Texas A&M University's Mays Business School is the featured speaker. The session is sponsored by First Financial Bank.
